摘  要:多壁碳纳米管-二(十六烷基)磷酸复合物修饰的丝网印刷电极(MWNTs-DHP-SPCE)应用于核黄素(RF)电化学行为研究.该电极反应受吸附控制,是等电子等质子的过程,其电子转移速率常数k0为2.8 s-1.循环伏安(CV)表明是MWNTs有效增强RF的溶出峰电流.采用方波伏安(SWV)对RF进行吸附溶出分析,开路电位下10 m in预富集,检出限可以达到4.2×10-9mol/L(S/N=3).该方法还成功应用于多种维生素药片中RF含量的测定.The electrochemical behavior of riboflavin (RF) at multi - walled carbon nanotubes - dihexadecyl phosphate composite modified screen - printed electrodes ( MWNTs - DHP - SPCEs ) was studied. The redox reaction of RF at MWNTs - DHP - SPCEs was a typical adsorptive - controlled process, involving equal numbers of electron and proton. The standard electron transfer rate constant k^0 was 2.8 s^-1. Square wave voltammetry (SWV) was employed for adsorptive stripping analysis of RF. With 10 min accumulation at open circuit, the detection limit of 4.2 ×10^-9 mol/L( S/N = 3) could be obtained. The novel method was successfully applied to determination of RF in multi - vitamin tablets.
