摘 要:开发了一种实时监测输电线路张力和气象条件动态确定线路输送容量的增容系统,使用气候模型和导线温度模型,通过现场试验和回归分析方法建立导线张力和平均温度的数学关系式,利用张力测量值推算得导线平均温度,结合数据采集与监控(SCADA)系统提供的线路实时负荷电流,计算确定线路的最大输送容量。系统由多个装在耐张塔上的数据采集终端和主站的监控管理平台组成,数据采集终端与监控平台通过移动通信网络GPRS/GSM方式进行数据传输。系统根据不同的条件研究回归分析统计方法,确定了重要的导线张力—平均温度三次曲线关系式,大大提高了容量计算的准确度。A dynamic line rating system that can evaluate transmission capacity dynamically by measuring the weather condition and monitoring the on-line tension of overhead lines was developed. Both the weather model and the conductor temperature model were used. A mathematical relationship between the conductor tension and its average temperature was buih through field tests and regression analysis. Then, the maximum transmission capacity of lines can be calculated by combining the lines' load current from SCADA and the conductor average temperature calculated based on the tension measured. The system is composed of sampling terminals installed on the tension tower and a control instrument in the dispatching center. The data between the sampling terminals and the control instrument are transmitted through GPRS/GSM. The regression analysis method is studied and based on that the important cubic mathematical relationship between conductor tension and its average temperature is obtained. This system can greatly improve capacity calculation accuracy.
