摘 要:直吹式制粉系统的运行状况对锅炉燃烧有着决定性的影响,现场中由于设备磨损、煤质变化等原因使其出力难以保持一致,甚至长期工作在出力不足的状态下,严重影响燃烧的稳定性和经济性。通过机理分析找出反映其运行状态的参量,结合统计分析建立正常运行时的模型方程,对比得到出力不足时的判定依据,同时对其出力变化作了定量分析。该方法原理简单易实现,可以加入到SIS系统优化模块中指导实际运行,具有工程实用价值。The operation status of the direct-fired pulverized coal system exerts a decisive influence on the furnace combustion. Due to equipment wear and tear and coal quality variations, the output of the system was difficult to maintain consistent, and the boiler even worked with undereapacity for a long period, which seriously affected the sta- bility and economy of combustion. By means of mechanism analysis, the parameters that reflect the operation status were found out, and a normal operation model equation was established with combination of statistical analysis. By contrasting the equation, a judgment criterion was achieved for undereapacity, and the output variations are analyzed quantitatively. The simple and easy-to-achieve method can also be added into SIS as the optimization module to guide actual engineering operation.
