网络的高校实验室管理信息化探索

摘　　要：实验室管理是高校教学、科研工作的重要组成部分。随着计算机网络技术的发展,实验室管理工作的信息化、网络化、现代化已经成为必然的发展趋势,也是校园数字化建设的基础性工作之一。该文结合高校实验室管理工作的实际,提出基于网络环境下实验室管理综合信息系统的两种结构模式并探讨了其实现的可行性。实验室管理综合信息系统应选择功能好、适应性强、操作简单、易开发的管理软件,使实验室管理实现信息化建设,以信息化带动实验室管理质量的提升。实验室管理综合信息系统的建设,不仅可充分利用已有校园网的网络信息资源,而且还能提高实验室管理人员运用新技术、获取新信息的技能,强化对实验室管理人员信息管理能力的培养。The laboratory management is the important constituent university teaching and scientific research work. Along with the computer network technology development, informationization, the network, the modernization of the laboratory supervisory work already became the inevitable trend of development, also was one of campus digitization construction foundational work. This article unifies the university laboratory supervisory work reality, proposes two kind of structure pattern of the laboratory management synthesis information system and discusses its realization feasibility based on the network environment. The laboratory management synthesis information system should choose the management software which has the good function, the strong compatibility, simple the operation, and is easy to develop, realizes the informationization laboratory management, and leads the laboratory management quality the promotion. Laboratory management synthesis information system construction, not only may use fully had the campus net network information resource, moreover also can enhance the laboratory administrative personnel to utilize the new technology, gain the recent information skill, strengthen the laboratory administrative personnel information management ability.
