摘　　要：目的探讨乌司他丁对急性肺损伤(ALI)疗效。方法选择ALI患者50例,随机分为2组。对照组(25例)予以常规治疗,治疗组(25例)在常规治疗基础上加用乌司他丁。对比2组治疗有效率及治疗后3、7 d的血气分析变化,同时观察心率、呼吸频率的变化。结果治疗组有效率为80%,与对照组(52%)相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组PaO2、氧合指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论乌司他丁早期应用有助于改善ALI患者的呼吸功能及预后。Objective To investigate the protective effects of ulinastatin on acute lung injury.Methods Analysis was performed on 50 patients who were divided into two groups：control group and therapeutic group.Each group include 25 patients.The patients in control group was treated with conventional managements,while the other 25 patients in therapeutic group were treated with extra UST.The management effect-rate,PaO,PaO2/FiO,heart rates and breathing frequency were analyzed.Results The effective rate was 80% in therapeutic group and 52% in control group.There was significant difference between two groups.The PaO,PaO2/Fio2 of therapeutic group was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion ulinastatinon could improve the outcome of ALI.
