摘 要:在分析了高炮弹药引信发展趋势的基础上,提出了身管炮膛内有线装定引信系统的概念。对其关键技术,特别是炸点控制精度方法进行了讨论。电底火及其击发装置在小口径自动炮和坦克炮上应用较广泛。设想在药筒内部设置一个导线连接的电底火与弹丸引信,火控装置通过电击发装置向引信传递能源和信息,用电子学方法区分引信工作信号与底火击发信号。引信体积减小,数据传输可靠性提高。引信上有地磁传感器,引信单片机测量弹丸角速度得到初速,自行修正起爆时间,从而实现弹丸炸点的精确控制。Conception of inbore primer-wired-fuse system was proposed based on AA gun ammunition fuse development. Automatic gun and tank gun were normally provided with electrical primer and fire-mechanism. On assumption that primer wired fuse seter system was in the ammunition case. Power and information were sent from fire control system to fuse by means of electric firing device. The signals were electronically divided into fuse working signal and primer fire signal. Fuse volume was decreased. Data transmission reliability was improved. Fuse installed with magnet sensor. Fuse single chip processor was used to measure bullet angular velocity in order to obtain muzzle velocity and burst time, finally to realize burst point control.
