摘 要:阐述了利用光电位置敏感传感器、半导体激光器、高速数据采集卡及计算机系统设计开发弹丸膛内运动姿态测量系统的体系结构和工作原理。研究了基于PSD的能直接在野外靶场试验使用的弹丸膛内运动姿态测量系统技术方案,研制了测量系统样机,并进行了系统的射击试验验证,给出了某火炮的靶场试验处理结果。试验结果表明,该系统具有测量精度高、测量处理速度快、自动化程度高、安装调试简单等优点。System architecture and principle of experiment equipment and test system for measuring inbore projectile moving posture were developed and designed by use of position sensitive detector, semiconductor laser, high speed data-acquisitive card, microcomputer system etc. The measurement system technical scheme of in-bore projectile moving posture was studied. Based on PSD, the measurement system can be directly utilized in range test. The prototype of measurement system was developed and manufactured, and its validating and firing tests were performed. The range test and processing results of a type of gun were given. The experimental results proved that this method has advantages of higher accuracy, greater speed of measurement and process, higher grade of automatic characteristics, simpler installation and adjustment and so on.
