摘　　要：图书馆权利在当今已被世人所关注,如何正确地理解图书馆权利是图书馆界研究的重要课题之一。在构建和谐社会的今天,如何维护好图书馆权利是图书馆人所努力的方向。At present, the authority for libraries has arrested the attention of people. How to utilize and comprehend the authority of libraries is one of the questions for study in the circle of library. Nowadays in the course of constructing a harmonious society, how to protect the authority for libraries is the goal librarians strive to achieve.
