不同玉米自交系穗部性状对氮胁迫的反应及其聚类

摘  要:在低氮和正常施肥条件下,对50个玉米自交系的穗长、穗粗、穗粒重等8个性状进行了对比分析.结果表明,各自交系的穗部性状分别存在极显著差异;在缺氮条件下,自交系的穗重、穗粒重等产量性状,对氮缺乏的反应较敏感,变异范围大;以氮胁迫情况下穗粒重的变化率为指标,把自交系分为氮素高效利用型、氮素利用迟钝型、氮素敏感型和氮素高度敏感型4类,其中Q 3、许178等13个自交系为氮素高效利用基因型;沈137、济533等32个自交系为氮素利用迟钝基因型;凤可1、沈99-718等4个自交系为氮素利用敏感基因型;而综3自交系为氮素高度敏感基因型.Under the low nitrogen stress (LNS) and normal fertilization (CK) conditions, the changes of eight ear characters such as ear length, ear diameter and ear kernel weight have been studied in 50 maize inbred lines. The results showed that the highly significant differences existed in each ear character of inbreeds, respectively. In low nitrogen condition, the ear weight and ear kernel weight, with great changes, were sensitive to LNS. The inbreeds were grouped into four types, namely,the high nitrogen (N) use efficiency type, the type insensitive to LNS, the type sensitive and the type highly sensitive to LNS, according to the changing ratio of kernel weight per ear under LNS. Among the 50 inbreeds, 13 inbreeds including Q 3, Xu 178, were N high use efficiency genotypes, 32 inbreeds such as Shen 137, Ji 533 et al were insensitive genotypes to LNS,while 4 inbreeds such as Fengke 1 ,Shen 99-718 were sensitive and Zong 3 inbred was highly sensitive to LNS genotype.
