火木层孔菌菌丝生长最适条件研究

摘　　要：对火木层菌丝培养的最适碳源、氮源、C/N,pH、温度等进行了研究.结果表明,火木层孔菌菌丝生长的最适碳源,氮源,C/N,pH值,温度分别是是果糖,酵母粉,20∶1,6.9,30℃.此条件下,菌丝生长旺盛且不易老化.The biological characteristics of Phellinus igniarius such as the optimum C-source, N-source, C/N, pH and tempreture were studied for hypha cultivation. The results indicated that the optimum C-source, N-source, C/N, pH and tempreture were fructose, yeast powder, 20 ： 1, 6.9, 30 ℃, respectively. Under this condition, the mycellial bloom and was not esay to age.
