经皮椎间盘内注射臭氧治疗腰椎手术失败综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨腰椎手术失败综合征(FBSS)的治疗方法。方法采用经皮椎间盘内注射臭氧(40μg/m l)10 m l治疗FBSS患者47例,观察术后腰痛缓解情况和功能变化。结果随访12个月,腰痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)为(3.4±0.77)分,显著低于术前[(7.7±0.61)分],P<0.05;术后功能为优10例,良18例,差19例,优良率为59.6%;5例术后1 d出现头痛,经脱水和卧床休息后均在24 h内缓解。结论经皮椎间盘内注射臭氧治疗FBSS效果确切,但应采取措施减少头痛等不良反应。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of percutaneous intradiscal ozone injection for the failed back surgery syndrome（FBSS）. Methods 47 patients suffered from FBSS were injected with 10 ml ozone（40μg/ml）into the sick intevertebral disc. Results 47 cases were followed up for 12 months. The general clinical effective rate was 59.6%, the average score of VAS （3.4 ±0.77 ） decreased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）. 5 cases feeled headache 1 day after ozone injection, and relieved in 24 h after dehydration and bedrest. Conclusion Percutaneous intervertebral ozone injection is effective to patients with FBSS,but should take measures to decrease complication such as headache.
