无柄解剖型人工髋关节置换术的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨无柄解剖型人工髋关节置换术的适应症及效果。方法：通过对17例临床病例3—36个月的治疗观察，进行疗效评价和总结。结果：无柄解剖型人工髋关节置换术术后假体即可达到机械稳定，后期通过骨长入形成生物学稳定；关节功能接近正常生理状态。结论：无柄解剖型人工髋关节置换术作为一种过渡性治疗手段，适用于股骨颈完整的低龄髋关节疾病及创伤患者，且疗效肯定。可大大减小后期翻修难度，保证翻修质量。Objective：To observe clinical indications, treatment effect after total joint replacement using Non-stemmed Anatomical Hip Prosthesis. Methods：17 cases performed this Non-stemmed Anatomical HipReplacement were followed up for from 3 to 36 months, the treatment results were analyzed and evaluated. Results：The mechanically instant-stability of Non-stemmed Anatomical Hip Prosthesis can be gained after operation, and make the prothesis biologically steady by the good bone ingrowth. Then the hip joint functions can recover to be nearly normal. Conclusion： As a kind of transitional treatment measure, It is especially suitable for the young patients with hip disorder and trauma whose femoralneck remain intact. The effects of this technique are satisfactory,and the possible revision surgeries consequently become more facilitated in the future.
