绿棉/棉混纺纱中绿棉定性鉴别与混纺比测定

摘　　要：研究天然绿棉/白棉混纺纱线的混纺比测定方法.用氨水对不同绿棉含量的绿棉/白棉混纺纱进行化学预处理,将处理后的纱线用显微镜观察并计数绿棉和白棉纤维根数,测量两种纤维的直径和密度,计算绿棉混纺比.利用回归分析处理实验数据,得到天然绿棉/棉混纺纱混纺比的测定方法.In order to study the blending proportion measurement of natural green cotton/cotton blended yarn, the blending proportion of the blended yarn is tested by using microscopes and chemical pretreat- ment. After chemical pretreatment by ammonia on natural green cotton/cotton blended yarn, the resolution of the two fibers under the microscope was improved. The blending proportion of blended yarn after pretreated is tested under the microscopic and the experimental data is amended through regression analysis.
