摘 要:设计制造了一套远程压力输送自动投饵系统,简要介绍了其基本原理、工作流程和功能特点。详细阐释了系统配备的分配器设计原则和设计方法。在分析S形弯管内物料运动状态的基础上初步确定了滑管式分配器的基本设计原则:将分配器的类型根据支管布置形式的不同区分为上半圆式和下半圆式;再选择合适的"弯曲半径-管径-支管数"组合使S形弯管的物料流动性能最优,且使分配板上的支管孔边缘距离符合电子定位器件和密封器件的安装要求;使弯管管径小于前端直管管径;使分配器的全尺寸尽可能地小。根据基本设计原则进行了计算公式推导和设计演示,获得了弯曲半径、孔边距和全尺寸的计算公式及其与管径、支管数组合的优化选择方法,进而确定了分配器的基本设计流程和方法,为同类型分配器的设计提供参考。The principle, work flow and functions of the centralized air-powered feeding systems were briefly introduced. The principle and method for designing distribution valve of the feeding systems were discussed in detail. The movement of particles in S-shaped pipes was analyzed. The analysis showed that the influence of bending radius on velocity reduction was different when position of the pipe changed, and velocity reduction could be minimized by choosing an appropriate radius at the same pipe diameter. The friction factor between inner surface of pipes and the particles was also an important parameter for velocity reduction. According to the results of the analysis, the design principle of the distribution valve was obtained: there were two types of partition distribution valves according to the different disposal of the offset pipes, the upper-half circularity and the lower-half circularity valves; to optimize the performance of feed bullets moving in S-shaped pipes and to make sure that the space between eacn neighboring offset pipes was sufficient for fitting electro-localization system and seal components by choosing right combination of "bend diameter+pipe diameter+number of offset pipes"; to guarantee that the diameter of S-shaped pipe is smaller than the front straight pipes'; and then to minimize the dimension of the distribution valve, etc. Based on the design principle, mathematical calculations and design demonstration were done. Bend diameter, space between each neighboring offset pipes and dimension of the distribution valve were obtained, then the work flow and method for designing the distribution valve were achieved.
