高等教育与资本市场对接刍议

摘　　要：近年来,我国高等教育经历了规模扩张式的发展,同时也产生了国家对高等教育财政拨款资金的增长速度难以满足高等教育快速发展需要的难题。急速扩张的高等教育迫切需要进行大量融资,而高等教育的产业属性为高等教育进入资本市场打下了理论和现实基础。高等教育与资本市场的对接可以考虑采用以下主要模式:高等教育与证券市场的对接、高等教育与银行等金融市场的对接、高等教育与民间私人资本市场的对接、高等教育与风险资本市场的对接等。In recent years, China＇s higher education has gone through the development expansion, and at the same time, it faces the difficult problem that the country budgetary allocated fund can not meet the requirement for quick higher education development. The rapid expansion of higher education urgently needs a large amount of financing while the nature of higher education has laid down theoretic and realistic foundations for it to enter capital market. The connection of higher education to capital market may adopt the following principal pattern： connection of higher education to stock market, bank financial market, folk private capital market and risk capital market and so on.
