摘  要:本文提出了一条从锂业排放的废液中回收铝的新工艺。采用废液、氨水反应得氢氧化铝(含氟化铝)沉淀,分离得到滤饼和滤液。将滤饼洗涤、干燥得氢氧化铝(含氟化铝)固体。实验研究了加水量、反应温度、反应时间对过滤、铝回收率的影响。工艺简单,反应条件温和,过程中没有产生新的废渣、废气,对环境无污染。This article puts forward a new technology about recycling Aluminum from exhaust liquid in Lithium manufacture plant. Aluminum hydroxide( including aluminum fluoride) can be gained through the reaction between waste liquor and ammonia, be precipitated, separated to filtrate and filter cake, the latter can be developed to aluminum hydroxide(including aluminum fluoride ) solid after washing and drying. Factors influence on filter and recycle ratio are studied by experiment, such as quantity of adding water, temperature and time of reaction, the reaction condition moderate, No solid and gas wastes will be generated and now during this process, so it is kind for environment.
