摘  要:回顾冰雪灾害期间曲靖电网110kV及以上线路发生的故障,其中单相故障次数占总故障次数的比例高达86%。归纳出各种保护的动作情况,其中220kV及500kV线路故障时,高频纵联、光纤差动保护动作次数最多。提出利用故障信息进行继电保护延伸分析的建议。强调重视快速保护的投入率和整定计算的方式选择,用好接地距离保护和慎用辅助保护功能,以便更有效地抵御冰灾。The 110 kV and above voltage line faults occurred in Qujing Power System during the ice disaster in 2008 are retrospect, showing that the single-phase breakdown is over 86% to the total. Various relay actions in the period are summed up, showing that the action times of high-frequency longitudinal differential protection and fiber differential protection are the highest in the 220 kV and 500 kV line faults. It is suggested to use the fault information to do extended analysis to the relay protection: In order to stand against ice disasters, it is emphasized to pay more attention to choosing the fast protection input rate and mode of setting calculation selection, to use correctly the grounding distance protection, and to use prudently the auxiliary protection.
