摘　　要：目的：建立ICP-MS快速测定肝欣泰注射液中铜、砷、铅和镉的分析方法。方法：样品经稀释一倍后直接用ICP-MS进行分析,用混合内标校正基体干扰和漂移。结果：整个方法的检出限Cu为0.009μg/L,As为0.071μg/L,Cd为0.031μg/L,Pb为0.023μg/L,精密度优于4.3%,回收率介于99.6%～107%。对标准参考物质的分析结果令人满意。结论：可用ICP-MS快速测定肝欣泰注射液中铜、砷、铅和镉的含量,整个方法具有简单、快速和准确的特点。Objective：To develop a simple,rapid and accuracy method for determination of copper,arsenic,lead and cadmium in Gan Xin Tai injection by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Methods：After dilution with super-pure water,the sample was determined directly by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry which used mixed internal standard to correct matrix interference and signal drifting.Results：The detection limit of copper,arsenic,cadmium and lead was 0.009,0.071,0.031 and 0.023 μg/L,respectively.The RSD was less than 4.3%.Recovery for samples was in the range of 99.6%～107%.The result of analyzing standard materiel was satisfactory.Conclusion：This method is simple,rapid and accurate and can be used to determine the concentrations of copper,arsenic,lead and cadmium in Gan Xin Tai injection.
