摘  要:目的:建立ICP-MS快速测定肝欣泰注射液中铜、砷、铅和镉的分析方法。方法:样品经稀释一倍后直接用ICP-MS进行分析,用混合内标校正基体干扰和漂移。结果:整个方法的检出限Cu为0.009μg/L,As为0.071μg/L,Cd为0.031μg/L,Pb为0.023μg/L,精密度优于4.3%,回收率介于99.6%~107%。对标准参考物质的分析结果令人满意。结论:可用ICP-MS快速测定肝欣泰注射液中铜、砷、铅和镉的含量,整个方法具有简单、快速和准确的特点。Objective:To develop a simple,rapid and accuracy method for determination of copper,arsenic,lead and cadmium in Gan Xin Tai injection by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Methods:After dilution with super-pure water,the sample was determined directly by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry which used mixed internal standard to correct matrix interference and signal drifting.Results:The detection limit of copper,arsenic,cadmium and lead was 0.009,0.071,0.031 and 0.023 μg/L,respectively.The RSD was less than 4.3%.Recovery for samples was in the range of 99.6%~107%.The result of analyzing standard materiel was satisfactory.Conclusion:This method is simple,rapid and accurate and can be used to determine the concentrations of copper,arsenic,lead and cadmium in Gan Xin Tai injection.
