摘　　要：目的：建立测定水中烷基酚的气相色谱-质谱分析方法。方法：水样采用OASIS HLB固相萃取柱提取富集,以10%甲醇-甲基叔丁基醚洗脱,在优化的分析条件下,气相色谱-质谱法测定样品中的6种烷基酚。结果：方法的平均回收率大于80%,6次测定的相对标准偏差在3.5%~5.8%之间,标准曲线相关系数r〉0.999。结论：本方法采用固相萃取,溶剂用量少,适于环境水样的测定。Objective：To develop a method for analysis of alkylphenols in water by gas chromatography（GS）-mass spectrometry（MS）.Methods：Water samples were extracted and enriched with OASIS HLB solid phase extraction（SPE） column,and eluted with 10% methanol-methyl tert-butyl ether.The 6 alkylphenols were determined in optimized analytical condition by GS-MS methods.Results：Average recoveries of the method were above 80% with relative standard deviation ranged from 3.5% to 5.8% in 6 tests.The correlation coefficient of standard curve was r〉0.999.Conclusion：Using a small amount of SPE solvent,the method allows the suitable determination of environment water sample.
