儿童乙型肝炎感染状况及与家族关系的探讨

摘　　要：目的:对儿童乙型肝炎(简称乙肝)感染情况以及感染与家族成员的关系进行调查,以了解儿童乙肝感染的流行病学情况。从而制定预防乙肝病毒传播的可行措施。方法:使用酶联免疫方法对1262例儿童进行乙肝五项检测,并对感染阳性儿童做家庭主要成员乙肝感染情况调查。结果:儿童乙肝感染情况为HBsAg阳性率3.6%,单项HBsAb阳性率91.5%,HBeAg阳性率0.08%,HBeAb阳性率1.2%,HBcAb阳性率3%,乙肝感染儿童家庭成员感染率明显高于正常人群,HBcAb阳性率祖辈大于父辈。结论:乙肝疫苗纳入计划免疫后,有效阻断了乙肝病毒的传播,使儿童乙肝感染率明显降低;儿童乙肝感染与家族成员乙肝感染有直接关系,要做好家族内的乙肝防治工作。Objective：By surveying the incidence of children′s hepatitis B virus infection and its relationship with the hepatitis B infection of their family members,we try to find out the epidemiological characters and establish the measures to prevent the children from hepatitis B virus infection.Methods：The HBsAg,HbsAb,HBeAg,HBeAb,and HBcAb of 1262 children′s blood sample was measured by enzyme-linked immunoassay.If the children′s blood sample had a positive results on hepatitis B infection,then their family member′s hepatitis B infection was surveyed by same methods.Results：The children′s incidence of HBsAg positive was 3.6%,single HBsAb positive incidence was 91.5%,HBeAg positive incidence was 0.08%,HBeAb positive incidence was 1.2%,and the HBcAb postive incidence was 3%.The family member′s hepatitis B infection incidence of hepatitis B infection children were much higher then those of non-hepatitis B infection children′s family members and the incidence of HBcAg positive were higher in their forefathers than in their parent′s generation.Conclusion：Bringing hepatitis B virus vaccine into the national expanded planed immunization has been lowered the incidence of children′s hepatitis B infection.There is a direct relationship between the children′s hepatitis B infection and their family member′s hepatitis B infection.To prevent the children′s from hepatitis B infection,we should do our best to prevent and cure their family member′s hepatitis B infection.
