奥运前夕公共卫生从业人员健康体检工作现存问题探讨

摘　　要：目的：掌握昌平区公共卫生从业人员5种传染病阳性率,为卫生监督部门做好2008年奥运保障工作提供依据。方法：对北京市公共卫生信息管理系统中昌平区2004～2007年公共卫生从业人员健康体检资料进行统计分析。结果：2004～2007年昌平区＂五病＂阳性检出率（1.54%、2.40%、2.38%、2.19%）差异有统计学意义（2χ=300.23,P〈0.01）,呈逐年上升趋势。本地HBsAg与外埠从业人员阳性检出率（0.99%、2.56%）差异有统计学意义（2χ=625.03,P〈0.01）。结论：为保证昌平区2008年奥运比赛场所的公共卫生安全,坚持一年一次的公共卫生从业人员健康体检及调离工作,同时加强外埠流动人口乙肝的防治工作。Objective：To master positive rate of 5 infectious diseases in Changping public health practitioners to offer evidence for sanitary intendance department for 2008 Olympic Games.Methods：Physical examination data of public health practitioners from 2004 to 2007 in Changping from Beijing public health information system were analysed.Results：There was a statistical difference（χ2=300.23,P〈0.01） between the positive rate of 5 infectious diseases（1.54%,2.40%,2.38%,2.19%）.The positive rate increased year by year.There was a statistical difference（χ2=625.03,P〈0.01） between the positive rate of HBsAg in local and out-of-town practitioners（0.99%,2.56%）.Conclusion：In order to ensure public health safety of Changping Olympics gymnasium,annual physical examination should be insisted.Prevention and control work for hepatitis B should be strengthened in floating population.
