摘 要:本文以USB2.0控制芯片CY7C68013为核心,采用DS18B20、MS5534和HF3223精密测量环境温度、气压和湿度,所采用的传感器均为数字式或准数字式,无需标定。采用直接读取暂存器的方法,温度示值分辨率细分到0.01℃;在51~84%RH范围内,湿度测量精度优于±3.4%RH;气压测量不确定度为±0.5mbar。系统具有便携和低功耗的特点,既可以独立工作,又可以通过USB端口与PC机相连,实现测量数据传送与进一步处理。DS18B20, MS5534 and HF3223 were employed to detect temperature, air pressure and humidity respectively based on an USB2.0 control unit CY7C68013, no calibration is needed with these digital or quasi-digital sensors. The resolution of temperature indicating value is subdivided to 0.01℃ by direct reading the registers in DS18B20; The experimental results show the measurement accuracy of humidity precedes ±3.4%RH in the range of 51-84%RH; The measurement uncertainty of air pressure is less than ± 0.5mbar. In addition to work alone with the features of portability and low-power, drivers were designed to make the system communication with a PC through USB interface for data transfer and further process.
