摘  要:本文首先针对传统以太网难以胜任控制中硬实时要求的问题,提出一些确保以太网在工业控制中实时性的措施。然后描述了基于以太网的嵌入式控制器设计的整体方案,并以ATMEL公司的AT91M40800芯片为核心,设计开发了嵌入式网关的硬件平台,该平台带有2M Flash,2M SRAM以及10M以太网接口。最后,对系统驱动程序的设计和Web服务器的实现进行了详细的介绍。With the development of Embedded System and Internettechnologies, the research on connecting Embedded System with Internethas become a popular issue in recent years. As traditional Ethernet is not suitable for hard real-time controlsystems, in this thesis, several technologies are provided to make the Ethernet real-time. The whole design of an embedded gatway is proposed, and based on AT91M40800 of ATMEL Core, a hardware platform of embedded controller based on Ethernet is developed, which has 2M Flash, 2M SRAM and IOM Ethernet interface. Then the paper designed programs including system driver and Web server realisation, which was particular introduced.
