摘 要:以单片机为核心的九路温度监控系统采用由热电偶温度传感器,4051多路模拟开关,OP27运算放大器,7135A/D转换器组成的三套转换电路共用一片8253构成温度采集模块;采用热电阻对温度进行补偿;通过双向可控硅实现温度控制并采用RS-485与上位机进行通信。系统中三套7135转换电路同时转换并采用硬件进行零点、放大倍数及A/D各环节的误差校正,使其具有转换速度快,转换精度高的特点。Nine temperature monitored control system taking single-chip microcomputer as the core adopts three sets of change-over circuit which is made up of thermocouple temperature sensor, 4051 muhiway analog switch, OP27 operation amplifier, 7135A/D converter share one 8253 form temperature acquisition module; Adopt the thermal resistance to compensate temperature; It is through being two-way silicon controlled rectifier last temperature control and adopts RS-485 communication with the upper computer. System three 7135 change circuit change and adopt hardware carry on zero point, enlarge multiple and A/D every, link of error corrections make it change fast at the same time, change the characteristic of high precision.
