摘 要:随着科技的进步,现代电力电子技术的发展,电能质量的问题越来越显示其重要性。目前我国各级电网迫切需要实现对于电网电能质量信息的综合实时监测与信息化管理。给出一套基于最新国际标准及先进技术的电网电能质量综合监测与管理系统设计与实现。该系统基于分布式系统技术构建,适用于各级电网,并可实现互联互通。介绍了电能质量指标的内容和算法、软硬件系统体系结构设计及各软件模块的设计与实现。With the advancement of technology, and the development of modem power electronics, the problem of power quality became more and more important. Nowadays the power grids at various levels in our Country urgently need to implement integrated real-time monitor and information management of power quality in grids. This paper puts forward the design and realization of monitor and management system of power quality based on the recent international standard and advanced technology. The system is constructed based on distributed system technology, applies to power grids at all levels and also realizes interconnection and intercommunication. Besides, the index and algorithm of power quality, design of system's hardware and software architecture, and realization of each software module are introduced as well.
