摘 要:阐述了配变监测信息集成系统在完成正常的配变监测功能同时,要着重考虑到系统的集成问题,使已存在的相关应用和新的应用能迅速而无缝地整合为一体。提出了一种基于SOA架构的配变监测系统,解决了当前的软件开发模式和信息集成方法造成的电力系统信息孤岛和信息集成的紧密耦合局面。从模块设计的角度,分析了系统的体系结构;提出应遵循IEC61970/61968CIM模型,实现系统统一建模,并在此基础上,描述了系统需求的主要功能。This paper points out that while designing a distribution transformer monitoring system for regular monitoring functions, one must also take system integration issues into consideration, so that the existing relevant applications and future new applications can be integrated rapidly and seamlessly. The article proposes a distribution transformer monitoring system based on a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), which enables solving the dilemmas of "Isolated Power System Information Islands" and tight coupling of information integration caused by current deficient software development approach and information integration strategy. The article analyzes system architecture in the point view of modular design, proposes realizing uniformed system-wide modeling based on the IEC 61970/61968 Common Information Model (CIM), and introduces major functions of the system.
