摘  要:用野生蔷薇红景天(Rhodiola rosea L.)种子为实验材料,研究不同化学药剂及不同浓度处理对其萌发的影响。结果表明:浓度梯度设置在50—800mg/L的GA,均能明显打破种子休眠和促进种子萌发,其中50mg/L的GA,预处理种子24h和200、400mg/L浸泡种子12h,发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数均较高,发芽率和发芽势达90%以上;而NAA、6-BA和ABT4不同浓度对种子萌发作用力不同,其浓度过高或过低均不同程度抑制种子萌发,只有使用适宜浓度处理种子才能打破种子休眠和提高发芽率。研究表明,不红景天种子最大发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数出现在200mg/L GA,处理12h,发芽率和发芽势均为94%,发芽指数为20.14。Rhodiola rosea L. seed was used in the germination experiments to investigate the effects of the germination of the seeds treated with different chemical and different concentration. The results indicated that the seed dormancy would terminate and the germination probability of the seeds was improved by the treatments with the concentration of GA3 50 mg/L to 800 mg/L. Among those treatments, the germination rate,germination energy,germination index of the seeds soaked with GA3 50 mg/L for 24 h and soaked with GA3 200 mg/L,GA3 400 mg/L for 12 h were higher,and the germination rate and germination energy are more than 90%. However, effects of the germination of the seeds treated with different concentration of NAA,6-BA and ABT-4 were different, and to some extent, the germination of the seeds treated with higher or lower concentration of those chemicals was inhibited. The seeds dormancy would terminate and the germination probability of the seed was improved by none but the treatments with proper concentration of them. Among these treatments, the largest of the germination rate,germination energy, germination index were the seeds of Rhodiola rosea L. treated with 200 mg/L GA3 for 12 h. And both the largest germination rate and germination energy were 94%, the largest germination index was 20.14.
