摘 要:对甘肃省中期低温库贮存7~10年具有代表性的8大类13种作物的203份资源材料抽样进行生活力监测,结果表明:除贮存8年的10份大豆(地方)品种比入库发芽率平均上升7.4%外,其它193份资源材料的发芽率均为下降,其中茄子、西瓜、苦荞麦、高梁4种作物需要立即更新。对于外部环境较为稳定的种子低温贮藏来说,作物耐贮存性和入库种子的质量(高生活力和低含水量)是影响种子生活力的主要因素。Based on IBPGR(1985) request of 10 years detecting seed's vitality which keeps in middle-long period germplasm bank,this paper detected 203 germplasm' s vitality and water,which were belong to 8 sorts and 13 kinds of crops which have preserved for seven to ten years in the germplasm bank in Gansu. The results showed that:all seed germination of 193 germplasm resources have been descent except for 10 soybean landraces average raising 7.4% ,4 kind of crops, eggplant, watermelon, tartary buckwheat and sorghum, need renewal immediately. It also showed that the crop' s storage tolerance and the seed' s quality (high vitality and low water content) when they had been put into germplasm bank were the main factors which affect the seed vitality.
