摘  要:根据对KW造型线存在的砂型损坏率高、铸件底面有严重粘砂和冲砂等缺陷进行的调查分析,调整型砂各项性能参数,并且将旧砂处理后的水分控制在2.1%,砂温低于35℃。结果使砂型损坏率降低到2%以下。指出混砂机等设备的正确和可靠运行是型砂性能稳定的保证。Based on the investigation and analysis of the probleins existing in molding process of Kunkel Wagner line that the mold damage rate was high, and there was severe metal-penetration and sand-wash defects on the bottom surface of the casting, the parameters of the molding sand were adjusted, and the moisture and temperature of return sand was kept at 2.1% and 35℃ respectively after treating. As a result, the mold damage rate reduced to less than 2%. It was pointed out that keeping correct and reliable running of the sand mixer and other sand treating equipments is the guarantee to keep the properties of the molding sand to be stable.
