摘  要:对现场采集的斜井提升钢丝绳的油垢试样提取磨粒并对磨粒成分用X射线荧光光谱仪进行分析,分析了油垢磨料的形成机制、油垢磨料特性以及油垢磨料对钢丝绳磨损的作用机制。结果表明,油垢磨料中含有大量石英、碳化钙及黄铁矿等小颗粒,这些硬质颗粒主要来自于煤屑、灰尘、巷道矿岩及脱落的钢丝绳腐蚀及磨损产物,这些很硬的杂质颗粒对钢丝绳股及内部钢丝起到很坏的磨料作用,导致钢丝绳的磨料磨损、腐蚀磨损和疲劳磨损。The abrasive of grease stain that was collected on inclined shaft hoisting steel rope of spot was extracted and the abrasive components were analyzed by XRF. The abrasive forming mechanism and property, the acting mechanism about steel rope wear in grease stain were discussed. The results show that the abrasive of grease stain contains a great deal of small particulate matter such as quartz, calcium carbide, pyrite etc. The hard particulate mainly comes from coal slack, dirt, rock of tunnel and dropping products of steel rope erosion and wear. The hard impurity particulate takes a role of harmful action on inner wire and steel rope branches and leads to abrasive wear, erosion wear and fatigue wear to steel rope.
