摘 要:采用多光束干涉方法测量了弹流接触区冲击封油的移动规律。结果表明:冲击封油随两固体表面整体向接触区出口移动;存在一临界位移,当封闭润滑油核心位移小于该临界位移,封油运动速度等于卷吸速度;当封闭润滑油核心位移大于该临界位移,封油移动速度小于卷吸速度,核心处油膜厚度下降;入口区的最小油膜厚度基本不变,并以卷吸速度向出口移动,出口区最小油膜厚度先增加后减小;卷吸速度、冲击条纹数及施加载荷对封油核心运动速度变化的临界位移有明显的影响。The movement of the entrapped lubricant by impact in an elastohydrodynamic contact was measured by optical interferometry. The results show that the entrapped lubricant moves towards the exit region with the two moving bounding surfaces. There is a critical value for the displacement of the entrapped lubricant core, within which the core moves at the entrainment speed and the core film thickness keeps unchanged. When the core displacement is beyond its critical val- ue,it moves at a speed lower than the entrainment speed, and the core film thickness decreases. The minimum film thickness at the entrance dose not show obvious change, and its location moves at the entrainment speed. The outlet minimum film thickness increases at first due to the drainage of the lubricant and then decreases. The critical displacement of the entrapped lubricant core is significantly influenced by the initial fringes, the loads and the entrainment speeds.
