摘 要:微孔钻井技术是美国能源部为削减油气勘探钻井成本及减少对环境的影响而启动研究的一项新技术,闭式轴承节正位移马达是实施微孔钻井技术的有效措施之一。从微孔钻井用井下动力钻具闭式轴承节所需要解决的2个关键问题出发,分析了Kalsi流体动压密封和Kalsi止推轴承的结构特点、产品种类和材料选择,并介绍了Kalsi Engineering Inc.为满足微孔钻井技术需要而进行的相关研究工作。The micro-hole drilling technology is a new kind of drilling technology launched by the Department of Energy in United States, which is environmentally friendly and can reduce the cost of drilling and exploration. Positive displacement motors with closed bearing assembly is one of the effective measures to implement micro-hole drilling process. Based on the two critical problems which are essential to the closed bearing assembly used in down-hole drilling tool, the structur- al characteristics, product type and material choosing of Kalsi hydrodynamic seal and Kalsi thrust bearing were analyzed, and the related research works which were carried out by Kalsi Engineering Inc. to meet requirement of the micro-hole drilling technology were introduced.
