摘  要:提出一种GPS和温补晶振协同工作的高性能同步控制器,实现了瞬变电磁系统(TEM系统)中发射机与接收机的高精度同步。设计融合了GPS与温补晶振的优点,利用温补晶振短期稳定性好的特点,弥补GPS易受干扰的缺陷,解决了GPS短时间失效问题。系统控制和时序产生由CPLD和单片机实现。CPLD完成数字时序电路的产生和控制,能同时产生频率范围为0.0625~32Hz的10路同步信号,单片机接收GPS数据、计算同步起始时间、响应外部控制信号和显示工作状态。通过算法确定起始时间,代替通信方式传递时间参数的做法,更适合于一台发射机、多台接收机并行工作的阵列式TEM系统。该系统已成功地应用到电磁探测领域,并适用于其他高精度的同步采样工业应用场合。A high performance synchronization controller colligating advantages of GPS and TCXO is designed, which realizes precise synchronization between transmitter and receiver in a TEM system. This controller makes good use of excellent short-time stability of TCXO to overcome GPS's short-term invalidation. Control order of the system is generated by CPLD and micro controller unit (MCU). CPLD is used to realize generation and control of the time sequence signals, which can produce 10 kinds of synchronization signals ranging from 0.0625-32Hz. Likewise MCU is used to receive GPS data, compute the synchronization time, respond the external control signals and display the controller working states. With the MCU, the controller can compute synchronization time and replace the traditional mode using serial port to get synchronization time, which makes it more suitable for TEM system with one transmitter and several receivers. This synchronization controller has already been applied in TEM detecting system successfully, which is also suitable for other high precise synchronization sampling industrial application.
