摘　　要：哈尔滨钢管厂生产的中、低压焊接锅炉管，原料选用２０Ｇ或２０＃钢热轧卷板，机组选用性能好的１１４机组，应用计算机监控焊接工艺，在线内毛刺去除装置使内毛刺高度小于０．２５ｍｍ，在线检测为日产ＣＤ—７０４１型涡流探伤仪，离线检测为德国产ＤＳＰ—２００型涡流探伤仪，采用辊底式保护气氛热处理炉。使用证明，该生产方法制造中低压锅炉管技术可行，质量可靠，可推广应用。Welded tubes used in low or middle pressure boiler made in Ha Erbin tube works are made of type 20G or 20 hot rolled steel plate. 114 mills which have good properties are used. Welding parameters are supervisory controlled by computers. Internal rags are cleared away by on-line equipment then the heighf of rags is less than 0.25mm. On-line detection is done by the type CD-7041 eddy current flaw detector made in Japan. Off-line detection is done by the type DSP-200 eddy current flaw detector made in German. Roll-type heat treatment furnaces with protective atmosphere are adopted. It is proved that this method of making welded tubes used in low or middle pressure boiler is feasible. The reliable quality of tubes can make the technique disseminate.
