摘  要:市场定位是企业成败的关键因素,金融企业更不例外。在银行业竞争越来越激烈,金融环境变化日趋复杂的情况下,城市商业银行要在与国有商业银行、全国性股份制商业银行及外资银行的竞争中,获得一席之地,必须进行科学而富有特色的市场定位。浙江义乌稠州商业银行在长期的实践中,确立了"市场银行"的市场定位,并对这一定位进行了积极的探索和实践。Market orientation is a key factor for a company's success, and the financial company can never be the exception. With competition in banking industry becoming more and more furious and complicated, if the city com- mercial banks want to obtain their success in their competitions with other banks, such as state-owned commercial banks, national joint-stock commercial banks and foreign capital banks, they must perform practical and specialized market orientation. During its long-term practices, Zhejiang Chouzhou Commercial bank has positioned itself as Market Bank, and has performed active exploration and practice on this.
