摘  要:采用Py-GC/MS联机技术研究油茶壳高品位资源化的利用。新鲜油茶壳经冷冻干燥除水后,于590℃的He气流中进行热解,然后对热解产物进行GC/MS联机分析,采用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各组分的相对含量,并鉴定出46个化合物。分析结果表明,油茶壳热解产物富含名贵生物医药、名贵香料成分,副产物不仅可用于高档化妆品和护肤品,还可用于生物能源以及食品、染料、工业溶剂等的原料。Tea-oil tree(Camellia oleifera) is a kind of key edible oil tree growing specifically in China,and its seeds are mainly used to produce high-grade tea-oil abundant in unsaturated fatty acids and vitamins.However,C.oleifera shell is still not utilized effectively for top value added,and even is discarded to pollute environment.Therefore,we used Py-GC/MS technology to analyze the high-grade resource recovery of C.oleifera shell.After treated with freeze-drying,the comminuted powder of C.oleifera shell was pyrolyzed in He atmosphere at 590 ℃,then the pyrolyzed product was analyzed by online linked GC/MS.Relative content of each component was determined by area normalization,and 46 compounds were identified.The analytical result shows that C.oleifera shell can be used as raw materials in top value-added industries,such as bioenergy,perfume, biomedicine,cosmetic,food,dye and industrial solvent.
