摘　　要：本文根据尺寸公差标准及配合原理,讨论了机械零件可靠性设计中公差级对零件尺寸标准差的影响及可靠性设计中的尺寸公差的选择,为机械零件可靠性设计和预测提供依据,使机械可靠性设计更加合理。Auording to the principle of tolerance and fit, This paper disscussed the inflence of grade of tolerance of machine element in reliability design on standard deviation of sice of clement and the selection of tolerance in reliability design was more rational. It provided a basis for rsHability design and predict of machine element to maks the design more reasonable.
