摘　　要：BOM是研究产品数字化数据的产生、加工、拓延、控制和管理的重要组成部分。研究基于WINDCHILL的BOM管理,以产品结构与配置为基础,在PDM系统中搭建了EBOM和MBOM结构书模型,实现了从EBOM到MBOM的重构、BOM的版本管理、更改管理及其相关文档的管理。提高了产品的生产效率,缩短了制造企业的的产品生产周期。BOM（Bill Of Material） is an important part of some that to study the products generated digital data processing,extension,control and management. Based on WINDCHILL and the product structure and configuration-based,to research the BOM manage-ment constitutes the structure tree model of EBOM and MBOM in a PDM system,to achieve the reconstruction processing from MBOM to EBOM and to realize version management ,change management and related documentation management of BOM. Improved production efficiency,shorten the cycle of products production for manufacturing enterprise.
