摘 要:测定了W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢的临界氮势rc和传质因子,提出了按氮势门槛值控制的可控渗氮工艺及按最优扩散条件可控渗氮曲线控制的可控渗氮工艺。成功地抑制了高速钢W6Mo5Cr4V2渗氮层的脆性。试验表明W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢车刀经过可控渗氮处理切削能力大幅度提高,加工中硬度、高韧度材料时,寿命提高几十倍,并能顺利切削硬度高达37~39HRC的18Cr2Ni4WA钢。Critical nitrogen potential and mass transferring factor of W6Mo5Cr4V2 high speed steel are measured. Nitrogen potential threshold controlled nitriding and optimum diffusion condition controlled nitriding techiques are proposed. The brittleness of nitrogen layer of the high speed steel is suppressed successfully. The test also showed that life of cutting tools made from high speed steel is also improved by ten times when they are used to cut materials with moderate hardness and high toughness. These lathe tools also can cut steel such as 18Cr_2Ni_4W_4 with 37~39HRC smoothly.
