摘 要:在实验室条件下,研究了Ti6.5Al2.5Sn4Zr0.7Mo1Nb0.2Si合金的热处理、常温机械性能和显微组织。结果表明,合金的机械性能优异,达到了俄罗斯同等产品水平;合金显微组织是大量α相+少量转变β相的两相组织,并阐述了机械性能和显微组织随热处理变化的规律。The influence of heattreatment on microstructure and mechanical properties at room temperature of Ti_6.5Al_2.5Sn_4Zr_0.7Mo_1Nb_0.2Si (BT18y) alloy were investigated. By means of TEM and X-ray techniques, the microstructure of the post annealing alloy was studied. The results show that the alloy has excellent mechanical properties at room temperature. The fine (α+β) microstructure which consists of about 90% of equixed αphase and a small amount of transformed βphase is obtained after annealing.
