摘　　要：本文研究了铝合金泡沫化过程中ＭｎＯ２加入量和ＴｉＨｘ粒径对铝液中泡沫形成和泡沫铝孔结构的影响，论证了成核在泡沫化过程中的重要性。Abstract The effects of addition of MnO2 and the grain size of TiHx on the bubble formation in Alalloy melt and the cell structure in the porous Alalloy have been investigated.It was found that the nucleation plays an important rope in the foaming process
