摘 要:目的:在调查深圳地区不同等级医院-临床合理用药现状的基础上,探索促进合理用药的工作模式。方法:选择6家不同等级医院2年各2个月门诊处方和当日门诊就医患者,采取多中心、随机试验方法,对合理用药国际指标的核心指标进行干预前后的现场调查,并用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析。结果:干预组自身对比平均用药品种数从2.44种降到2.14种(P<0.05);抗生素使用百分率从43.7%降到35.7%(P<0.01);注射剂使用百分率从22.3%降到17.5%(P<0.01);患者了解正确用药方法百分率从96.7%上升到100%;干预后指标好于干预前。结论:使用WHO & INRUD开发的合理用药指标(SDU- Is)评价和比较不同医疗单位用药状况具有可行性和有效性。通过宣传教育、完善规章制度和加强监督检查等策略进行干预性研究具有可操作性。Objective: To study a method of promoting the rational drug use in Shenzhen's hospitals, a multi-center international indices field survey of rational drug use (RDU) was undertaken. Method: According to the international RDU indices of WHO & INRUD, a multi-center, random and on-site intervenient study to the prescriptions and patients were carried out on the same day of 2 years at 6 diferent level hospitals. Result : The average drug used kinds was declined from 2.44 to 2.14 at presentation per occasion after intervenient in the self-contrast of intervened group; the percentage of antibiotics prescribed was declined from 43.7% to 35.7% ; the percentage of preparations for injection prescribed was declined from 22.3% to 17.5% ; percentage of patients'knowledge of correct dosage was raised from 96.5% to 100%. Conclusion: To appraise and compare the using drug condition in different medical organizations with RDU developed by WHO & INRUD are feasible and effective. The intervention study is able to be made through several tactics including propagandist and education, perfection of regulation system, and enhancement of monitoring and examination.
