摘　　要：目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定阿苯达唑片的含量与溶出度。方法:采用DIKMA Diamonsol C_(18)色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(75:25),流速1.0ml·min^(-1),检测波长295nm,柱温35℃。结果:阿苯达唑在1～100μg·ml^(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.9%(RSD=0.4%,n=9)。结论:方法简便、快速、准确,专属性好,可用于阿苯达唑片含量和溶出度的测定。Objective： To develop a RP-HPLC method for determination the content and dissolution of albendazole tablets. Method： DIKMA Diamonsol C 18 column （250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used, the mobile phase was methanol-water（75：25 ） , the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1, the UV detection wavelength was 295nm, the column temperature was 35℃. Result： The linear range of albendazole was 1 - 100μg·ml^-1 （ r = 0. 999 9）, the average recovery was 98.9% （ RSD = 0.4%, n = 9）. Conclusion ： The method is simple, rapid, accurate and specific, it can be used for determination the content and dissolution of albendazole tablets.
