HPLC法测定银翘伤风胶囊中牛蒡苷和连翘苷的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立银翘伤风胶囊中HPLC法测定牛蒡苷、连翘苷的含量。方法:Agilent-ODS C_(18)柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(28:72);检测波长278nm;流速1.0ml·min^(-1),柱温35℃。结果:牛蒡苷在0.3～3.0μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率:100.3%,RSD2.0%(n=5),连翘苷在0.02～0.15μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均加样率:100.0%,RSD2.0%(n=5)。结论:结果准确,便于操作,可作为银翘伤风胶囊的质量控制方法。Objective： To establish a HPLC method for determination of arctiin and forsythin in Yinqiao Shangfeng Capsules. Method： Agilent ODS C18 colunm（250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used,the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water （28： 72）, the flow rate was 1.0ml·min ^-1 The detection wavelength was 278nm. Result： The linear ranges of arctin and forsythin were at 0.3 - 3.0 μg（ r =0.999 8） and 0.02 -0. 15 μg（r =0.999 8） ,the average recoverics（n =5） were 100.3% and 100.0% with RSD 2.0%, respectively. Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate, it can he used for quality control of Yinqiao Shangfeng Capsules.
