摘 要:主要论述用氢化法制备的钕铁硼永磁材料的磁性能与氢化温度、脱氢温度、氢化时间以及脱氢时间之间的关系。钕铁硼合金用真空中频感应炉熔制。合金经过均匀化热处理。合金的氢化和氢化物的脱氢在真空/氢气氛炉中进行。实验结果表明,在温度770℃下氢化2h,然后,在温度730℃下脱氢到氢气压强小于10-2Pa,制备的永磁材料具有比较好的微结构和优异的磁性能。The relationships of the magnetic properties of the hydrogenated permanent magnetic material NdFeB with the hydrogenation temperature and time, as well as the dehydrogenation temperature and time, are discussed in detail. The NdFeB alloy was melted in a vacuum mid-frequency induction furnace and then homogenized. The hydrogenation of the alloy and the dehydrogenation of the hydride were conducted in a vacuum/hydrogen at mosphere furnace. The experimental results show that the permanent magnetic material, which is hydrogenized at 770℃ for 2 h and dehydrogenized under the hydrogen pressure of less than 10 -2 Pa at 730℃,has an excellent magnetic property.
