摘 要:研究了银基钎料(FA001Ag,FA002AgCu,FA005AgAl等)和钛基钎料(FT100TiCuNi,FT102TiCrNi,FT103TiZrCu等)对纯钛高频感应钎焊接头强度的影响。研究表明,新研制的钛基FT100TiCuNi钎料的钎焊性能优于传统的银基钎料,其钎焊接头剪切强度高于其它类型的钎料。试验得出了每种钎料钎焊接头剪切强度与保温时间的关系。The effects of silver base brazing filler metals (FA001Ag, FA002AgCu, FA005AgAl, etc.) and titanium base brazing filler metals (FT100TiCuNi, FT102TiCrNi, FT103TiZrCu, etc.) on the strength of high-frequency induction brazed joints in titanium are studied. The investigations show that a recently developed brazing alloy, FT100TiCuNi, is suitable for industrial use. The shear strength of a joint with FT100TiCuNi filler metal is higher than that of a joint with other brazing alloys. In this investigation, the relation ship of the shear strength of each brazed joint to holding time is discussed in detail.
