摘  要:[目的]于盐胁迫条件下,研究接种摩西球囊霉对盐地碱蓬生物量、MDA含量以及SOD、CAT活性的影响。[方法]设0、400mmol/L 2个NaC l水平,每个水平下设接种和不接种(对照)摩西球囊霉2个处理。测定各处理下盐地碱蓬的生长量和叶片SOD、CAT活性,以及叶片MDA含量。[结果]盐胁迫条件下,接种摩西球囊霉显著增加了盐地碱蓬的生长量和叶片SOD、CAT活性,而降低了叶片MDA含量。[结论]初步证实了AM真菌提高盐地碱蓬抗盐性是通过增加SOD和CAT活性、降低膜伤害来实现的。[ Objective ] Under salt stress condition, effects of inoculation of arbuscular myeorrhizal fungi Glomus mosseae on SOD and CAT activity in Suaeda salsa seedlings under salt stress were studied. [ Method ] There were 2 NaCl levels, namely 0 and 400 mmo]/L and every NaCl contained 2 Glomus mosseae treatments which were inoculated Glomus mosseae and control treatment. The growths of Suaeda salsa, SOD and CAT activities as well as MDA content in leaves was determined. [ Result ] Under salt stress condition, Glomus mosseae could increase the growths of Suaeda salsa, SOD and CAT activities in leaves and decreased MDA content in ]eaves. [ Conclusion] It preliminarily demonstrated that Arbuscular Mycorrhizal (AM) Fungi could increase salt resistance of Suaeda salsa by increasing the activities of SOD and CAT as well as decreasing membrane injury.
