摘 要:用60Co-γ射线处理"和平红阳"和"和平1号"2个猕猴桃品种幼芽,然后在猕猴桃成株上进行高位嫁接,对其辐射效应进行初步研究。结果表明:辐射在引起猕猴桃幼芽生理损伤的同时,有利于诱导性状变异。主要生理损伤表现为矮化,花芽、叶芽的分化减弱,畸形,叶绿素缺失,易枯萎脱落等;其他性状变异表现为生长速度加快,叶面积变大,茎部变粗硬等。在该试验的辐射剂量范围内,辐射处理均引起不同程度的性状变异,而且与对照差异显著,表明辐射诱变在猕猴桃品种改良中有重要的应用价值。Actinidia chinensis var. Hongyang and Actinidia deliciosa var. Heping No. 1 were treated with different dosages of ^60Co-γ ray and then grafted on adult plants to study the radiation effect, The character variations were systematically investigated and analyzed. The results showed that while the radiation induced physiological damage for Kiwifruit bud, it could result in some useful variation. The main physiological damage included dwarf, the weakened differentiation and abnormality of flower and leaf buds, chlorophyll loss and damp off of leaves and buds. The other variation included faster growth, leaf area increase and stronger stems. All radiation treatments of different dosages in this experiment resulted in character variations which were significant different compared with control treatment. Therefore, the results indicated that radiation induced mutation was an useful method in Kiwifruit breeding.
