摘 要:[目的]研究不同种类蔬菜农药残留检出率的规律性。[方法]在辽宁省规模化蔬菜生产基地和农贸市场采集蔬菜样品1 920个(包括9个蔬菜种类),采用气相色谱法分析了蔬菜中20种农药的残留量。[结果]试验结果表明,蔬菜农药残留检出率有一定的规律性,与我国农药产业结构、蔬菜种类和月份分布相关。农药种类主要集中在杀虫剂,尤其是高毒有机磷杀虫剂;叶菜类、茄果类和豆类是农药残留检出率较高的蔬菜种类,2月是农药检出的高峰期。[结论]根据试验结果提出相应的降低辽宁省蔬菜农药残留水平的对策,可保障人民群众的饮食安全,提高我国蔬菜的国际竞争力。[ Objective ] The regularity of detection rate of the different types of pesticide residues in vegetable was studied through the experiment. [ Method] The 20 kinds of pesticide residues of 1 920 vegetable samples( including 9 types) collected from large-scale vegetable production base and market farm in Liaoning Province were analyzed with the gas chromatography. [ Result] The results showed that there was the certain regularity in the detection rate of pesticide residues in vegetables, which was related with the structure of pesticide industry in China, the types of vegetables and distribution of their occurrence with the month. The main type of pesticides concentrated in the organophosphate pesticide with highly toxic. There was higher detection rate of pesticide residue in vegetable shcu as leaf type of vegetable, eggplant and fruit and beans and the peak period of the pesticides detected was February. [ Conclusion] Based on testing results, the strategy of the relevantly level-reducing of the pesticide residues in vegetable in Liaoning Province was presented to guarantee the people's food security and to improve the competitiveness of vegetable product in the international market.
