农地股份制经营的可行性分析——以江苏省南京市和淮安市为例

摘　　要：在分析诸多影响因素的基础上,提出了农地股份制经营可行性评价模型。计算江苏省南京和淮安地区的农地股份制经营可行性综合指数,得到南京地区可行、淮安地区条件还不甚成熟的结论。2地区产生差异的原因在于二三产业经济发展、对农业收入的依赖和农民观念的差异。The feasibility appraisal model for joint-stock business of agricultural land was proposed based on the analysis of many factors. The feasibility appraisal composite indices of agricultural land joint-stock system management in Nanjing City and Huaian City were calculated. A conclusion was found that joint-stock business of agricultural land could be realized in Nanjing area but it was not yet possible in Huaian area. The reason was the obvious clifference of the development of second and third industries and the dependence on agricultural income and farmers＇ concept.
